Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest On Drug Charges

(Jefferson County, Ind.) - Last night around 1:30 a.m. a Jefferson County Sheriff deputy pulled over a vehicle for a normal traffic stop. 

The stop then leads to the arrest of Corey Watson, 28, on multiple drug-related charges for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Legend Drug. 

He was also on charges of Dealing in Marijuana, Dealing with a Controlled Substance, Trafficking, Obstruction of Justice, and Resisting Law Enforcement. 

Watson is currently in the Jefferson Co. Jail.
