wanted on several Jennings County Warrants,
                              
A traffic stop in Country Squire Lakes led to the arrest of a North Vernon man on numerous drug charges Tuesday afternoon. The incident began at approximately 4:25 p.m. when Reserve Deputy Evan Ponsler observed Zachary Hamblen (22 of Vallonia), who he knew to be wanted on several Jennings County Warrants, riding in the passenger seat of a vehicle. Deputy Ponsler initiated a traffic stop and took Mr. Hamblen into custody without incident. The female driver of the vehicle, Kinnadi Skinner (19 of North Vernon), had a suspended Driver’s license. During a tow-in inventory of the vehicle, Deputies located Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, and Marijuana. Mr. Hamblen and Ms. Skinner were both transported to the Jennings County Jail on the preliminary charges of:
