While on route Patrolman Cameron Blankenship observed Kenneth L. Aldridge, 31, of Madison driving westbound on Main in a white Chey Impala.
With prior knowledge that Aldridge did not possess a valid driver’s license, Officer Blankenship executed a traffic stop at Third and Jefferson Streets.
