Two Madison Patrolman Awarded Life Saving Medal's Of Honor

Congratulations Madison Patrolman Chad Wehner and Patrolman Adam Guzman.

(Madison, Ind.) – December 24, 2020, and January 3, 2021, were two days when lives were saved.

On those days Madison Patrolman Chad Wehner and Patrolman Adam Guzman jumped into action following the reports of overdose calls.

During Tuesday night’s Madison City Council meeting the two were honored with the Distinguished Lifesaving Medal of Honor for the actions taken to save the lives of two individuals.

"We are proud of you. You are out there protecting our community, and this is the perfect example of the acts of heroism that happen every day. You deserve to be recognized. We are very grateful to you both," said Mayor Bob Courtney.
