A storm system crossing the Great Lakes will bring strong gusty winds to the Ohio Valley, especially in the afternoon. The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM EDT /10 AM CDT/ to 7 PM EDT /6 PM CDT/ Sunday.
* TIMING...Winds will increase Sunday morning and become strong and gusty in the afternoon.
* WINDS...Winds coming in from the west will gust 35 to 45 mph.
* IMPACTS...Tree limbs and Halloween decorations may be blown down. Power outages caused by downed tree limbs will be possible. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north-south roads like Interstates 65 and 75.

Instructions:
A Wind Advisory means that wind gusts of over 40 mph are expected. Use extra caution.
