(Madison, Ind.) – The National Weather Service out of Louisville has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until 7:00 a.m. Friday.

This is the third winter storm that will affect south central Indiana and central Kentucky tonight and Thursday night. Multiple rounds of wintry weather are expected later today through early Friday morning with snow accumulations greater than 4 inches.
Slippery road conditions are expected and hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
The areas to be affected are Breckinridge, Clark, Crawford, Dubois, Floyd, Hancock, Harrison, Henry, Jefferson, Meade, Oldham, Orange, Perry, Scott, Shelby, Spencer, Trimble, Washington.
Drivers are reminded to slow down and use caution while traveling.
