* WHEN...From 10 PM EST /9 PM CST/ Monday to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. Roads,
especially bridges and overpasses will likely become slick and
hazardous.
