IHSAA State Basketball Tournament Cancelled.

In High School Basketball:

The IHSAA Basketball State Tournament has Officially Been Cancelled. This Following Governor Eric Holcomb’s directive to close all Hoosier schools until May 1st. Commissioner Bobby Cox said the Association maintained every hope to continue the tournament at a later date, but ultimately decided that the public’s health and safety were more important.

 

In The National Football League:

The Los Angeles Rams have released Running Back Todd Gurley.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded quarterback Nick Foles to the Bears for Chicago’s fourth round pick.

And Saints head coach Sean Payton says he has tested positive for COVID-19, becoming the first known person in the NFL to be diagnosed with it.
