“It was a beautiful day to play tennis. This was a match with two very evenly matched teams. All 5 matches were battles, we just unfortunately came out on the short end of most of them. I am very proud of Sarah who battled from start to finish. Everyone else battled hard and just didn’t quite get the win. Every player has things they need to work on and they know what they are. We will get there.”

Shawe competed in a 3 way meet tonight with Crothersville and South Decatur

Sophia Ho placed 4th in the 100m hurdles and the 300m hurdles

Berkeley Neuman placed 3rd in the 100m dash, 200m and the long jump

Cassidy Nott placed 3rd in the 1600m and 4th in the 800 and 3200m

Katie Thevenow placed 4th in the 400m 

Kristyna Vaskova placed 1st in the 400m and the 800m, 3rd in the 3200m and the high jump

Odyssey Felix placed 4th in the shot put

Berkeley Neuman,  Sophia Ho, Odyssey Felix and Katie Thevenow placed 2nd in the 4x100.

Boys results:

Wyatt Lundergan placed 1st in the 300m hurdles and 3rd in the long jump

Sam Fewell placed 1st place in the 1600m and 800m, 4th in the 3200m

Jose Aguilar placed 4th on the 100m, 400m and 200m

Nicholas Schultz placed 4th in discus
