Henry Co. defeats Carroll Co. 2-1 in overtime

 

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS SOCCER:

Madison and Greensburg tied at 0

Southwestern falls to South Ripley 3-2

Switzerland Co. over Rising Sun 6-1

Henry Co. defeats Carroll Co. 7-1

 

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS TENNIS:

Madison defeats South Dearborn 3-2

Southwestern over Milan 3-2

 

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS GOLF:

Madison defeated Scottsburg 199-203. Keara Eder shot a 40 to lead the Lady Cubs.

 

HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY:

Shawe ran at Crothersville and did not have enough runners to field a complete team but individuals turned in impressive performances.  In the boys race Trapper Johnson finished 2nd and for the ladies, Calli Alderman won her 2nd High School race. 

 

FOOTBALL FRIDAY NIGHT:

Carroll Co. @ Newport, Trimble Co. @ Switzerland Co. and our game tonight has Seymour @ Madison starting with pre-game at 6:45

Tomorrow afternoon the Hanover College Football team opens the season hosting 20th ranked Centre College with kick off at 1:30. It is community day and free admission with a can food item.
