Hilltopper only Indiana team to win at Tri-State Shootout

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS BASKETBALL:

Tri-State Shootout @ South Dearborn:

Shawe was the only Indiana team to win out of the five as the Hilltoppers defeat Ludlow (Kentucky) 46-37. Ethan Stuart scores 16 points and is named Player of the Game for the Toppers. Coach Dan Hambrick spoke to 95.3 WIKI after the game.

Playing without starters Matthew Williams and Zach Cole due to injuries, Southwestern falls to Thurgood Marshall (Dayton, Ohio) 82-70. Foster Mefford with 29 points, Austin Kramer with 23 points and Mitchell Cline with 11 for the Rebels

 

Carroll Co. over Louisville Western 87-86. Wyatt Supplee ties a school record with 47 points and hit the winning bucket at the buzzer for the Panthers

 

 

Christian Academy of Madison defeats Covington Latin 63-40

 

HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS BASKETBALL:

Madison over Seymour 70-52. Jade Nutley 22 and Taylor Lynch 18 for the Lady Cubs

Southwestern defeats Trimble Co. 53-20. Ashton Goode 15 and Bella Marcum 14 for the Lady Rebels. Sheby Wilcoxson 10 for the Lady Raiders.

Switzerland Co. tops Shawe 55-21. Aleiah Thomas leads Switzerland County with 21 points and Grace McCallister led Shawe with 9 points.
