IHSAA SOFTBALL SECTIONALS:
Southwestern advances to the sectional championship with a 15-5 6 inning win over Switzerland County. Lady Rebels take on host Milan tonight at 6.
Shawe’s season came to an end last evening with a 14-0 loss to Lanesville.
Madison travels to Franklin Co. tonight to take on South Dearborn at 7:30
KHSAA 31st DISTRICT:
Both baseball and softball championships postponed to this evening at Henry County. Carroll Co. takes on the host Wildcats in baseball while softball battles Owen Co. for the championship.
29th DISTRICT SOFTBALL:
Oldham Co. at Trimble Co. will complete their game from Monday tonight with Oldham leading 12-3 in the top of the 6th.
IHSAA GIRLS TRACK REGIONAL:
Southwestern’s Taylor Cole finished 3rd in the 400 meters and advances to the state finals. According to her parents "she will be missing her high school graduation to run in the Girls State" State finals will be Friday, June 1 at Robert C. Haugh Track & Field Complex, Indiana University, Bloomington.
