IHSAA Boys Golf Sectional

Cubs claim title

Madison, Southwestern and Jennings Co. advance to the IHSAA Boys Golf Regional after placing 1-2-3 in the Sectional at Sunrise  Golf Course.

Madison shot a 308 to win the title. Southwestern, 2nd shot 330 and Jennings Co. 339 for 3rd.

Madison’s Landon Conner was sectional champ shooting 70. Southwestern was led by Hunter Mefford who finished 3rd overall with a 74. Shawe’s lone golfer, Zach Stewart shot 107. Switzerland Co. finished 7th was led by Kyle Whitman shooting a 89.

Madison, Southwestern and Jennings Co. advance to the regional on Thursday at Champions Pointe Golf Club in Henryville.
