Shawe Memorial headed north to Seymour for a non conference game versus Trinity Lutheran Thursday night. Unfortunately, they dropped a 10-0 decision. Trae Liston started on the mound and took the loss going 5 innings allowing 10 runs, only 3 earned while giving up 9 hits and walking 3. At the plate the Toppers were led by Brad Martinez and Jacob Hart who each had singles.

Southwestern Boys Golf picked up their 4th straight win tonight at home at Butler Falls Golf Course over Switzerland Co. and Shawe. Southwestern finished with a 166, Switzerland Co. a 190, and Shawe did not have a team score due to only having 2 golfers.

Wyatt Barker and Braxton Lewis of Southwestern were the co-medalists on the night, each shooting a 41. Wayde Barker and Max Joseph tied for 3rd with a 42, and Blake Boley rounded out the top 5 with a 43.
Tonight was a good team performance. Our team's biggest strength is that we have 5 guys who can all play and score well. They know they can rely on each other to show up and play well every night. We hope to carry this momentum into Saturday for the Conference Tournament.
