The award-winning documentary explores the damaging effects of excessive perfectionism and pressure on student-athletes

(Vevay, Ind.) - The Indiana Youth Institute will host a free screening of "Not Good Enough" on Wednesday, July 29.
The award-winning youth sports documentary will be shown at the historic Hoosier Theater in Vevay starting at 7:00 p.m.
The documentary explores the damaging effects of excessive perfectionism and pressure on a student-athlete's mental health, and highlights how constant scrutiny can severely impact a young athlete's emotional well-being - pushing them to feel as though their accomplishments are never good enough.
Switzerland County coaches, parents and student-athletes are encouraged to attend the screening.
At the conclusion of the screening, the Community Foundation of Switzerland County will have a random drawing and award three separate grants to the Switzerland County High School Athletic Department to support the Pacer Varsity athletic team sport of your choice.
Each person in attendance will be eligible to select one varsity team sport to nominate for the drawing.
