October 23 - 9am - 12:30pm / 1pm-3pm
Documents needed are:
- IDs for all adults in the households
- Birth Certificates, passport, or Medicaid card for each child
- Proof of address within the last 30 days
- Proof of Income for all adults in the household
Please know sizes of clothes, shoes and likes of your children
