Confederate Railroad Loses Another Gig Due To Name

Due to name of group

Allegations of racism are costing country-rock band Confederate Railroad another gig.

The band was dropped from a second fair due to its controversial name.

Officials with the Ulster County Fair in New York released a statement yesterday, calling the band's name a "symbol of division and racism."

The news comes just weeks after Confederate Railroad was dropped from the lineup at the Du Quoin State Fair in Illinois.
