After a joint investigation between the Switzerland Co. Sheriff's Department and Vevay Police, 56 year old Ricky E. Collins of Hebron, Kentucky was arrested yesterday on Child Solicitation charges.
Collins made an appearance this morning in the Switzerland Circuit Court on the solicitation charges, level 5 felony and dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, level 6 felony.
Collins is being held on a $10,000 cash only bond.
