Allegedly occurred on September 13, 2018
On October 7, 2018, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department led an investigation into a reported child molesting that allegedly occurred on September 13, 2018, in Deputy, Indiana. The investigation was led by Deputy Linton Spry, with the assistance of the Department of Child Services, and the Child Advocacy Center. After completing the investigation, the matter was turned over to the Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
On November 10, 2018 @ approximately 7:32 PM Deputy C.J. Miller arrested Kenneth O. Sullivan 51, Deputy, Indiana, on a warrant for Child Molesting Level 4 Felony. Sullivan was transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 cash bond only. Sergeant Troy Hawkins and Special Deputy Tim Armstrong also assisted Spry with the investigation.
