An investigation led to the arrest of Brian Sanchez, 33, of Scottsburg for Possession of Cocaine or a Schedule I or II Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Neglect of a Dependent, Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Paraphernalia.
