Free Friday's at City of Scottsburg Transfer Station

(Scottsburg, Ind.) – On May 1 the City of Scottsburg will be starting their free Fridays.

Any large household items that you would like to get rid of can be disposed of at the Transfer Station on South 4th street, at no charge.

This event will happen on the first Friday of every month.

In order to take part in free Friday’s you must be a City of Scottsburg resident and have a driver’s license or utility bill available for proof of residency. The transfer station is asking all those who do come to remain in your vehicle until it is your turn to unload your items.

Free Wednesday Pick Ups that have already been scheduled will be picked up on your scheduled date, the transfer station is asking residents to please not put items at the curb any earlier than the Tuesday before your scheduled date.
