Gallatin County man indicted on charges related to child pornography

Three counts of coercing a minor

 According to WLEX 18 in Lexington, a federal grand jury has indicted a Gallatin County man on charges related to child pornography.

Authorities say 25-year-old Tyler Lee Day was charged with three counts of coercing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of child pornography. The alleged offences occurred in January and February 2018, officials say.

Day also faces three counts of receiving child pornography.

The coercion charge carries a minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison.
