Kentucky State Police Investigate Shooting in Gallatin County
GLENCOE, Ky. – On Tuesday May 30, 2023 at approximately 8:33 pm Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg received a call from Gallatin County dispatch requesting assistance with a shooting that occurred on US 127 in Glencoe in Gallatin County. Kentucky State Police Post 5 Troopers and Detectives responded to the scene.
The victim, a 17 year old female, was transported from the scene to Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Florence before then being transported from there to the University of Cincinnati Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation being conducted by Kentucky State Police Post 5. Kentucky State Police Post 5 was assisted on scene by the Gallatin County Sheriffs Office as well as Gallatin County EMS.
