(Milton, Ky.) – Yesterday at approximately 2:20 p.m. crews with Milton Fires and Rescue responded to the report of a garage fire at 201 Highway 36 in Milton.
Upon arrival, crews found the garage fully engulfed and spreading to two residential structures. Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire quickly preventing any further spread.
The garage has been considered a total loss as well as all the vehicles that the owner had inside. Two residential structures, as well as two other garages, received damage to their siding due to the fire.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined at this time.
Bedford Fire and Rescue along with Madison Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
