Stems from an incident on Oct 22nd
On Friday, October 29th, 2021 Hanover Officers observed a male at a residence that they identified as Jaycee Davis, 29 years old of Hanover. Officers knew that he had outstanding warrants for his arrest stemming from a pursuit that occurred on 10-22-21. Jaycee attempted to avoid contact with Officers by going back into the residence. There was a short standoff and Officers found Jaycee hiding in the attic. Hanover Officers and Jefferson Couny Sheriff Department Deputies located Jaycee and were able to take him into custody without incident.
Jaycee’s current charges are;
Neglect of Dependent F5
Possession of Methamphetamine F5
Resisting Law Enforcement L6 x2
Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe F6
Criminal Recklessness F6
Possession of Controlled Substance F6
Reckless Driving B Mis
Resisting Law Enforcement A Mis
Jaycee has the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
