Hanover Police Arrest Two On Warrants and Drugs

Moving Violation Led To Arrest

On 8/13/2021 Hanover Officers made a traffic stop on a black pickup truck for a moving violation. It was learned that the registered owner/driver of the vehicle, James R. Dummich Jr., 38, Madison, had an active warrant for his arrest. The passenger, Larry Moeller, 44, Madison also had an active warrant for his arrest. During the investigation it was discovered that the driver was in possession of methamphetamine, and other narcotic related items.

James Dummich Jr. was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, level 6 felony., Possession of Paraphernalia, C Misdemeanor, and Possession of Marijuana B Misdemeanor, along with Failure to Appear warrant.

Larry Moeller was charged for his Probation Violation warrant.
