Hanover Police Arrest Two On Warrants

Both With Active Warrants

On 8/20/2021 Hanover Officers were at Circle K in Hanover when they observed two people getting fuel that Officers recognized. Both subjects, Jacob Jackson, 38, Hanover and Moria Grigsby, 35, Commiskey had active warrants for their arrest. Jacob and Moria were taken into custody without incident.

Jacob Jackson was charged with his active warrant for Theft, Level 6 Felony and Possession of Legend Drug, Level 6 Felony.

Moria was charged with her active warrant of Theft, Level 6 Felony.

Both subjects have the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
