You've heard us talk about Story, IN and the Story Inn on our auctions. Well, how would you like to own the town?

The southern Indiana town of Story is for sale.

The National Register of Historic Places has it listed for three-point-eight million dollars. 

The price includes over 17 acres, rental cabins, and a historic general store. 

The town was last purchased two decades ago and has been restored by the current owner, Rick Hofstetter who bought the town of Story out of foreclosure 20 years ago.
