If schools close-so does the Boys & Girls Club AND Girls Inc

Lide White / Girls Inc to close if schools do

Lide White Memorial Boys & Girls Club urgent announcement:

In the past, our Club has been opened should a school close due to a school-wide sickness, that policy has changed and is effective immediately.

If your child's school closes under the direct order from the Jefferson County Health Department or School Officials, for any type of illness or preventive measure, your child will not be able to attend the Club during the duration of the closure. This includes all sporting activities.

This decision has been made under the advisement of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Local Health Officials, and our insurance carrier.

Thank you for your understanding and support of this crucial decision. Our main priority is the safety and well-being of our members, our staff,  and our community.

In service to youth
