(Indianapolis, Ind.) – The Indiana Department of Workforce Development will be hosting a virtual orientation for displaced workers across the state.
The Indiana Reemployment and Benefits Orientation with be held on Thursday, May 7 from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.
Topics will include reemployment services, employee benefits, community resources, and unemployment insurance.
DWD personnel, including the Indiana Department of Labor, the Trade Adjustment team, will be presenting at the orientation.

When a significant layoff or plant closure occurs, Indiana’s Rapid Response team is activated. WorkOne staff is paired with displaced employees to help move them toward a plan for reemployment.
