Carroll Co. Sheriff's Department
On Wednesday, February 13th around 4 AM, a Carroll County Deputy responded to a burglary in progress in Ghent.
Based on information received, deputies were able to located the stolen property.
A juvenile was cited for receiving stolen property.
The items were returned to the owners.
