KDH Now Offering Online Appointment Requests At Versailles, Carrollton Offices

Both new and current patients may use the online request forms.

(Madison, Ind.) - To make it easier for patients and families to request appointments, King's Daughters' Health has added online appointment request options for its Versailles Medical Building and Carrollton Medical Building. It only takes a few minutes to complete the form. A KDH team member from the chosen location will follow-up to finalize a date and time for the appointment.

For the Versailles (Indiana) office, patients should visit kdhmadison.org/versailles.

To schedule a same-day appointment or speak with someone directly, patients may call the Versailles office at 812.689.5101. For the Carrollton (Kentucky) office, patients should visit kdhmadison.org/carrollton. To schedule a same-day appointment or speak with someone directly, patients may call the Carrollton office at 502.732.6956.
