(Jefferson County, Ind.) - King's Daughters' Health is reminding visitors of the new restrictions when going to KDH facilities.

KDH currently allows one healthy, masked visitor to accompany patients in all areas with the exception of COVID-19 patients, no visitors will be allowed for patients with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.

Visiting hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Visitors will receive an armband that must be displayed, and the visitor is required to wear his/her mask for the duration of the visit. Visitors cannot be interchanged during the visit.

KDH also put out visiting notes:

  • One healthy visitor may accompany a patient while in the Emergency Department (no switching in and out). Exceptions may be made if the patient is in critical condition or if unusual circumstances warrant, as determined by KDH team members.
  • Children age 2 or under should not wear a mask.

At this time no other visitors or guests are allowed.
