COVID-19 testing and the Isolation Clinic are available for everyone.

(Madison, Ind.) - Dr. Samuel Price and Nurse Practitioner Kayla Meister now provide COVID-19 testing and a COVID Isolation Clinic at the King’s Daughters’ Health Versailles Medical Building, 206 West Tyson Street. Patients may schedule an appointment for testing or the Isolation Clinic by calling 812.689.5101. COVID-19 testing and the Isolation Clinic are available for everyone.
As cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to spread, KDH encourages everyone to help prevent the spread of the virus by wearing a face mask or face covering, maintaining social distancing, and frequently washing hands and/or using hand sanitizer. Continue to clean and disinfect commonly shared surfaces at home.
Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 is encouraged to call their personal care provider or call the KDH Versailles Medical Building regarding testing or treatment. Dr. Price and Nurse Practitioner Kayla Meister can provide a medical evaluation of symptoms and recommend appropriate care.
King’s Daughters’ Health also provides free COVID-19 testing at its Convenient Care Center in Madison, 445 Clifty Drive. An Isolation Clinic is also available at the main campus. To reach the KDH COVID-19 Hotline, call 812.801.8010, available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
