For those with debilitating illness and excruciating pain
Kentucky lawmakers are releasing new details on a bill to legalize medical marijuana.
The bill is set to be introduced this session and would make medical marijuana available for up to 60-thousand Kentuckians who have "debilitating illness and excruciating pain."
Medical marijuana would be state regulated, with licenses issued for cultivators, dispensaries, safety facilities, processors, practitioners and patients.
