Kentucky Man Arrested On Attempted Sexual Misconduct with a Minor Charge

On 07/03/2019, 26-year old, Brandon W. Mardis of Williamstown Ky, was arrested after the conclusion of a joint investigation between the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office, and the Vevay Police Department Office. Mardis made an appearance in Switzerland Circuit Court on 07/05/2019 to answer for the charges of Attempted Sexual Misconduct with a Minor Level 4 Felony, Child Solicitation Level 4 Felony, and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor Level 6 felony.

 

Mardis is currently being held on a $10,000 cash bond at the Switzerland Co. Jail.

 

The Switzerland Co. Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Vevay Police Department for their assistance, and cooperation in this joint investigation.

 

All persons are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
