(Trimble County, KY.) - Kentucky State Police Post 5 is investigating a single-vehicle fatal collision on Barebone Road in Trimble County.
On Saturday, March 21, just before 8:00 a.m. Post 5 received a report of an injury collision on Barebone Road approximately one-half mile from US 42.
Upon arrival, Troopers discovered that a Ford Focus operated by Zachary M. Taylor, 28, of Bedford was traveling West on Barebone Road when it then left the roadway striking multiple trees and then overturning.
Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene by the Trimble County Coroner. There were no other vehicles involved in the collision, and Taylor was the only occupant of the vehicle
The investigation is still ongoing.
