Madison City Plan Commission Approves New Retail Center

The Madison City Plan Commission met Monday evening for their monthly meeting several things came before the board. A repersentaive for Ron and Vivian Gregory came before the board to get approval of development of a new mixed use retail center to be built on the site where the former bowling sat for years, but the building was torn down several yrs ago when a high wind storm came thru the hilltop and damaged the building beyond repair. The building will be 78x100 with total sales area of 5,800 in General Business Zoning.
