This is the second search warrant served on Weaver’s residence this year.

(Madison, Ind.) – On November 6, the Madison Police Department Crime Suppression Team arrested 58-year-old Carol Weaver, on multiple drug related charges.
Weaver’s arrest came after the crime suppression team served a search warrant at her residence on Blackmore Street. Officers located and seized marijuana, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia associated with the use of narcotics.
This is the second search warrant served on Weaver’s residence this year. The first was on June 1, in which seven people were arrested on various narcotic related charges.
Weaver was arrested on the alleged charges of possession of paraphernalia (class A misdemeanor), possession of methamphetamine (level 6 felony), possession of marijuana (class B misdemeanor), and dealing methamphetamine (level 5 felony).
