Madison Woman Arrested For Double Homicide Out of Indianapolis

(Indianapolis, Ind.) – On May 11, just before 9:45 p.m., the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched to Portsmouth Ave. on the report of a stabbing.

When officers arrived, they located three people suffering from injuries consistent with stab or puncture type wounds.

Indianapolis EMS (IEMS) responded and pronounced an adult female, identified as Victoria Cook, 24, deceased at the scene. IEMS transported two people, identified as Dylan Dickover,28, and Elizabeth McKugh,33, to Eskenazi hospital in critical condition.

Dickover was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving at the hospital. McKugh continues to recover from her injuries.

The Indianapolis-Marion County Forensic Services Agency responded to assist in identifying and collecting potential forensic evidence. The Marion County Coroner’s Office will be assisting and will determine the exact manner and cause of death.

On May 23, Homicide detectives arrested 28-year-old Kristen Wolf for her role in this incident.  The Marion County Prosecutors Office will review the case and make a charging decision.
