SHE WAS OBSERVED TRYING TO GET RID OF METH PIPE ALSO KNOWN AS "CHICKEN BONE"

March 25, 2023, Madison Police arrested Angelic J. Martin 30, Madison, Indiana, on drug charges.
Officers arrested Martin after a consensual encounter with her on Walnut Street near E. Third Street. Martin was observed placing an item into a trash can, as officers approached her. The item was recovered and identified as a narcotic smoking device, also known as a "chicken bone" The device tested positive for methamphetamine.
Angelic Martin was taken into custody by Madison Police Officers Trent Smith and Cody Lewis without incident. Martin is currently incarcerated in the Jefferson Jail, and has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
