Mayor Courtney State of the City Address

(Madison, Ind.) - The city has announced that Mayor Bob Courtney will address challenges and opportunities ahead in his first State of the City address. 

Among the many topics to be covered, the mayor will discuss his top priorities for 2020, including plans to strengthen public safety, neighborhood revitalization programs, and future programs for economic and quality of life initiatives. 

“I am looking forward to my first State of the City Address where I will share with the community our efforts to improve the quality of life for all of Madison as well as key initiatives for the rest of this year. I hope you will attend and participate in your city government,” said Mayor Courtney.

This free event is open to the public, doors will open at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, in the City Council Chambers, and a reception will follow the program.
