Hello Madison Families,

As the summer reaches the halfway point, it is now time to start looking at the upcoming athletic year.  I wanted to send out a few links so everyone can be up to date and you can start your season as prepared as possible.

Grades - Grades at the end of the school year last year are what establish athletic eligibility for term 1.  You MUST have been passing a minimum of 5 classes to be eligible this fall season.

Physicals - Physicals MUST be current and up to date to be eligible for this school year.  They MUST be dated AFTER 4/1/2021.  If your physical is not updated, you cannot participate until compliant.

Practices - Please work with your head coach to see when official practice begins.  Preseason practice is not mandatory but HIGHLY encouraged.  Remember, there are a specific number of practices needed to be game-eligible.

EventLink - This is our major scheduling software.  You can stay up to date with practice schedules and events.  This software can also send you updates on cancellations immediately when they occur.  LInk - https://eventlink.com/login

Final Forms - This software is for managing and signing all forms and basic contact information.  This is a requirement to participate in our athletic programming.  Every summer, you must re-enroll in your sports and update your information.  Link - https://madison-in.finalforms.com

Website - Stay up to date with information.  There are important Links, Files, Forms, Etc.  You can access our Hall of Fame.  You can also look at our event scheduling.  (Schedules will be updated in late July)  This is an overall website platform as another important information piece.  Link - https://www.madisonathletics.org

We are working to compile a list of coaches and contact information for all fall sports for both MJHS and MCHS and will share that in the next few weeks.

As always, thank you for your support in our programming and if you have any questions, please let me know.  Just respond to this email and I will follow up.
