This a message from Madison Consolidated Schools regarding the New Social Media Challenge going around local schools

Dear Parents/Guardians of jr high and high school-aged students,

We are reaching out for your assistance around an emerging, concerning viral TikTok challenge.

If you are not familiar, TikTok is a fast-growing social media platform app that allows users to create and share short-form videos on ANY TOPIC.  If you are unsure if your child uses the platform, we strongly suggest that you follow up and learn more.  We also encourage you to learn more about this app, its uses, and the content available to its users.

The information below was received by our SRO team from the National Association of School Resource Officers last week.
