(Indianapolis, Ind.) – During the month of April, over 60 rural communities in Indiana received almost $11 million in funding through the Immediate Needs phase of the Office of Community and Rural Affairs’ COVID-19 Response Program.
In a continued effort to address the impact that COVID-19 has made economically, OCRA is launching a Long-Term Recovery phase of its response program to support rural Hoosier businesses.
Eligible applicants include non-entitlement local units of government. These applicants can apply for up to $250,000 in grants or loans to retain low-to-moderate (LMI) jobs.
OCRA will host a webinar to provide further details and to answer any questions. The webinar will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4.
