Remnants of a Methamphetamine Lab Found On Side Of Road In Jennings Co.

Due to the contents of the bag, contact was made with the Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team for processing and proper disposal.

(Jennings County, Ind.) – On March 22, deputies with the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a location in Geneva Township in reference to a suspicious bag located in a ditch on the side of the roadway.

Upon arrival, officers determined that the bag contained remnants of a Methamphetamine Lab. Due to the contents of the bag, contact was made with the Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team for processing and proper disposal.

Deputies were able to retrieve forensic evidence from the contents of the bad which will be analyzed by the Indiana State Police Crime Lab. The evidence will be utilized, in the future, for possible charges of the person(s) responsible.
