(Ripley County, Ind.) – The Ripley County Health Department has announced that the county is currently designated as a level red on the Indiana State Department of Health’s metric map.
The current positivity rate for Ripley County is 15.5 percent.
With the movement into the red level, the Ripley County Health Department stated that they will not be approving social gatherings or special events that are over 100 people. While in the red, no social gatherings over 25 are permitted without event approval.
This change in the social gathering limits follows Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order that was signed on November 13.
