Routine Inspection on U.S. 42 Carrollton-Prestonville Bridge to Begin Monday

The inspection is scheduled to last five days.

(Carrollton, Ky.) – A bridge inspection project has been scheduled on the U.S. 42 Carrollton-Prestonville Bridge.

According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, crews will begin inspecting the bridge on Monday, June 3.

Inspectors will be on-site between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The inspection is not expected to require any lane closures or traffic impacts.

Weather permitting, the inspection is expected to be completed Friday, June 7.
