(Jefferson County, Ind.) - The Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Paul H. Rohe Company plans to close S.R. 62 west of Cannan on or after Tuesday, September 8.
This closure is to complete the last of six culvert replacements.
On or after Tuesday, S.R. 62 will close approximately one mile east of S.R. 250 for 30 days. The official detour route will follow U.S. 421 to S.R. 129, back to S.R. 62.
Following the completion of this structure, crews will return to each location to place the final asphalt surface and permanent pavement markings. This work will be completed under lane closures with flagging.
