SEARCH WARRANTS LEADS TO FIVE ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES

All parties arrested have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.

                                       

 

March 29, 2023, Madison Police Department executed a narcotic search warrant on a residence in the 2844 block of Windridge Drive.  As a result of the executed warrant, officers seized narcotics, and arrested five individuals on drug related charges.  

Arrested: Brandi R. Bell 40, Madison, Indiana - possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of paraphernalia C-M, visiting a common nuisance B-M, possession of marijuana B-M & possession of cocaine / narcotic drug (Fentanyl) L-6 felony.

Arrested: Zachary L. Harvey 32, Deputy, Indiana - possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of a syringe L-6 felony, possession of cocaine / narcotic drug (fentanyl) L-6 felony & visiting a common nuisance B-M.

Arrested: Cheryl L. Howard 44, Madison, Indiana - possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony. possession of paraphernalia C-M, visiting a common nuisance B-M, possession of marijuana C-M & possession of cocaine / narcotic drug  (fentanyl) L-6 felony.

Arrested: Robin M. Roman 43, Madison, Indiana - possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of paraphernalia C-M, maintaining a common nuisance L-6 felony, possession of marijuana C-M & possession of cocaine / narcotic drug (Fentanyl) L-6 felony.

Arrested: Casey L. Shanks 32, Madison, Indiana - Visiting a common nuisance B-M, possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony & possession of cocaine / legend drug (Fentanyl) L-6 felony.  

The investigation was conducted by MPD Officers Curtis Shelpman, Andrews Gibbs, Aaron Watson and JCSD Deputy Logan Gray.  All parties arrested have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
